Associates Students are partnering up with the Anaheim Ducks for a night filled with games and awareness during their first FC night at the Honda Center on Sunday, Nov. 12.
FC Night will take place as the Ducks go against the Tampa Bay Lightning.
A limited amount of tickets are already being sold at the student activities center in room 223 or on their site using the promo code “BUZZY.” The code must be applied to be seated in the student section.
Tickets range from $25 to $80 which include a limited edition Anaheim Ducks and Fullerton College co-branded hat which will be given out the day of the game.
The success of Angels Night was one the many factors that influenced the decision to host FC night at a Ducks game, said Taylor Gaetje, A.S president.
For the past two years, A.S has held Angels Night, and as the event got the attention of many students and faculty members, the number of attendance rose each semester. Now, by popular demand, FC will branch out the the NHL with Ducks Night.
Ducks Night’s focus goes beyond a night filled with school spirit, pre-game activities and the silent auction.
This night will be all about awareness.
This time, all proceeds from ticket sales will go towards CareBank, a service that provides help for struggling FC students. CareBank offers food and/or a one-month bus pass for transportation to and from school.
